Your questions above do not align well with the way ghSMART compensation works. We do not have a base salary and simple bonus, as typical firms do; instead, we are paid almost like a work-for-commission based approach, where the more you work, the more you make. We do have a base salary, but that salary serves only to smooth out any great variations: it's just a draw against your expected compensation.
Regardless, ghSMART compensation is tied completely to the quantity and quality of your work. The more you do, the more you are paid, and at the end of the year, you also receive a discretionary bonus for performance. ghSMART pays all consultants according to the same formula and is open about how much everyone works, so pay equality and transparency is at a maximum. Our stock ownership plan allows every employee to also participate in EBITDA distributions, which also contribute a meaningful component of overall compensation over time.
