The advertising agency is rebounding from the recent recession, when national unemployment rates were nearly 9 percent in 2011, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. The economy has since strengthened and the unemployment rate was last reported in February 2016 to be 4.9 percent, the lowest it's been since April 2008.
