The people are always there to help you very welcoming , Transparency is very important for Bloomberg, there are no close of offices or space, and every conference room is transparent, everyone can see when you are in or you are out of the office even if you are the CEO. Fluid and constant communication, your mentor and TL will make sure to solve things as fast as possible.Downers
Not much to dislike about this internship. If anything the full time hiring process doesn't require a tougher background requirements. Such as education or experience. Which is a good thing and a bad thing in my eyes.Advice to Potential Interns
Is a great place to work, take the opportunity and apply. Is a pretty welcoming place they will train you properly the interview is more to know about you and your cultural fit with the company. Don't be afraid to speak your mind if you think somethings can be done better they will take your feedback very seriously and try to fix it if it needs to be fixed. The projects that you will work on will have an impact and has value to the department in other words you will actually be working on things that will help the department even long after you are gone/Advice to Management
To management I have to said to keep up the good work. Very well organized internship.Would You Recommend
